Meet the Attorney - Robert West
Mr. West has practiced law since March 1999. Mr. West primarily practices immigration law which includes family, business, deportation defense, and asylum.
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. West worked for the Law Offices of Barry Levinson. After that, Mr. West was a Volunteer Attorney for Catholic Charities of San Diego.
Mr. West is admitted to the State Bar of California and is admitted to several Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. West graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in May 1999 and from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997.
Mr. West is a member of the American Immigration lawyer’s Association and has been an officer in the Nevada Chapter since 2004. In 2000, Mr. West was the Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association’s Immigration law Section.
