Initial Immigration Consultation
We offer an initial consultation in our office or by telephone for a fee of $85.00, for up to thirty minutes. If you decide the hire us for a complete case within two weeks of the initial consultation, we shall credit your entire consultation fee to the cost of your case.

If you have any documents you want the attorney to review prior to the consultation, please fax them to us at (702) 319-5463 or email them to robert@robertwest.net in PDF format. Also, send us an email describing the issues you would like to discuss so the attorney can be prepared prior to the call.
Follow Up Consultations & Document Review
Follow up consultations are charged at rate of $375.00 for every thirty minutes. The minimum available follow up consultation is thirty minutes. These consultations are never credited to a full case if you eventually hired us to perform work. Generally, follow up consultations are for people seeking advice who would like to handle their own case.
Document review is something new that we offer at our office. In the past, many people have requested this service. Now, this service is available. The minimum time we offer is one hour at the rate of $750.00 per hour. The Attorney will review any documents that you prepare and will suggest corrections if they are needed.
